Wholesale inquiry service
The website presents dresses for business purchasing enquiries. WhatsApp and email enquiry links open a draft in the relevant application. You can add your requested sizes and quantities there. Sending an inquiry does not reserve goods or create an order. Contact us through WhatsApp or email for a quotation, with order details agreed through the subsequent correspondence.
Product information & supply scope
Our range consists of the standard styles, sizes and colours listed on the product pages. Custom sizes and custom colours are not currently offered. Product photographs identify the listed style. Accessories used for styling are included only when expressly stated in the product details.
Colour appearance can vary with lighting and screen settings. Use the SKU when requesting further fabric, measurement or sizing information. A listed size pack describes its assortment; it does not state current stock or the minimum order quantity.
Quotations & orders
Availability, MOQ and pricing are provided by SKU and inquiry quantity. The quotation and subsequent order correspondence establish the agreed styles, quantities, currency, product costs, quotation validity, delivery arrangements and payment terms. An order proceeds on the terms agreed by both parties.
Shipping, changes & after-sales
Shipping availability, freight, tax responsibilities and estimated timing depend on the selected goods and destination. Changes, cancellations and after-sales arrangements follow the agreed order terms and applicable requirements. See Shipping and Returns & After-sales for the information needed to discuss an order.
Applicable rights
These terms and the order-specific arrangements do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
