Browsing and product selections

The catalogue provides product pages, category links and direct WhatsApp and email links. Browsing a product page does not send an inquiry or create an order. You can add your requested sizes, quantities, delivery destination and questions to the message in WhatsApp or your email application.

The catalogue does not use analytics or advertising trackers, set cookies, or save product selections in browser storage. Hosting providers may separately process access and security logs, including an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the website.

Opening WhatsApp or email

A WhatsApp link passes its prefilled text to WhatsApp when you open it. An email link passes its subject and message text to your selected email application or service. A product draft may contain the SKU, product name, listed size or pack information and product-page URL, with space for you to add your quantity and other requirements.

This information is handed to the relevant application or provider when the link opens, even if you decide not to send the message. You can edit the draft there. The company receives the enquiry when you send it. WhatsApp and email providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Information received in an enquiry

We receive the details you send, such as your name, company, contact information, product selection, quantities, delivery destination, requested timing and correspondence. An agreed order may require additional delivery and billing details. Keep passwords, payment-card details and unnecessary identity documents out of a product enquiry.

Use and relevant sharing

We use inquiry information to answer product questions, prepare quotations, arrange agreed orders and deliveries, and handle after-sales matters. Correspondence also supports the relevant business records and applicable obligations.

Information needed for these purposes may be shared with communication, IT and delivery service providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where applicable obligations require it. Sharing is limited to information relevant to that purpose. A provider may process information outside your country or region.

Retention and information requests

Retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, an order or after-sales matter needs follow-up, records are needed for a dispute, or an applicable record-retention obligation remains. Information is retained for the time needed for those purposes.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Identify the contact address or number used and the records concerned so the request can be located. If particular records need to be retained, we will explain the relevant reason when responding.
